Denham Estate Subdivision

Denham Estate is a subdivision that was created by LandCorp. As part of subdivision, Design Guidelines for Denham Estate were prepared by Taylor Burrell Barnett (planning consultants).

The sale of land is through DevelopmentWA, who is the State Governments central development agency. DevelopmentWA requires new development to comply with the Denham Estate Design Guidelines.

The Design Guidelines require owners or their agent to submit an Application for Design Guidelines Approval including all appropriate drawings, plans with a completed ‘Design Guidelines Checklist’ to architects Zuideveld Marchant Hur for assessment.

Owners or their agent can email plans to Approvals@zmha.com.au Plans need to be endorsed by Zuideveld Marchant Hur before they are lodged to the Shire of Shark Bay for either development approval and / or a Building Permit.

Development approval is required for any variation to the Residential Design Codes irrespective of compliance with the Design Guidelines.
